Patrons under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver while in the library.
If a patron under the age of 13 is found to be unaccompanied in the library, then the library staff will make an attempt to contact a parent or legal guardian of the minor. If staff cannot contact the parent or guardian of an unattended child, the child will be referred to the local law enforcement agency.
