Kids Galore Summer Show, Ghosts in Grandma’s Attic – July 1983 – In the summer of 1983, 42 more children were added to Kids Galore to learn and perform a one night show at the Hance Pavilion in Fountain Park – procedes from the show (over $800) were used to help fund the new Piqua swimming pool. Mrs. Jane Green played the role of the grandmother who had stored her treasures in a trunk in her attic which her grandchildren discovered. Each artifact led to a musical number in the show. |
